Programs and services are available to all eligible individuals without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or handicap. The official registration and financial information of the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, also known as the Delaware County Branch, Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free, 1.800.732.0999.
